SHIPPING POLICY
Auto Merchandising Depot has many great shipping options available. Pricing and options will depend on the delivery location and/or a unique situation. Please contact us for details.
RETURNS POLICY: STANDARD GOODS/SERVICES
If you are dissatisfied with our products or the products are defective, you can return them to us simply by shipping them back! We will refund your money minus any shipping charges associated with order. In these instances, the customer is responsible for shipping the goods back to Auto Merchandising Depot. We must be notified of any and all returns ten (10) business days from when goods are received, or no refund will be issued. If goods are not returned in within 15 business days of receiving a return label, you will be billed in full for the order.
RETURNS POLICY: CUSTOM BRANDED GOODS/APPAREL
If you are unhappy with your order because the product is defective or the imprint/embroidery quality is defective, contact us and we will rerun your order. Customers must notify us of any issues within ten (10) business days of receiving the goods, and must provide us proof of any defects. Your shopping experience means everything to us, and we will do our best to work with you on any issue. Unfortunately, the only returns we can accept are for defective products or defective imprint/embroidery. We will do our best to accommodate you as much as we possibly can, within reason.

Some products offered on this website come in a variety of different colors. Auto Merchandising Depot has done its best to display as accurately as possible the various colors?of the products shown on its website.
